The Stealing case of the sales staff of Shelia(RUI FANG LI)

通知--员工李瑞芳盗窃案

Shelia(RUI FANG LI), 34-year-old, ID:610329199101060429, sales of BLOOM TECH before.

李瑞芳,女,34岁,身份证号：610329199101060429,曾就职于陕西初绽科技有限公司,担任销售一职.

During Shelia(RUI FANG LI) work as sales here, she secretly contacted the Egyptian buyer of company who can pay RMB directly due to her greedy, then she undertake the business of this buyer with his gang(So called "business team"). The Egyptian buyer was jailed by the illegal business, Shelia was also jailed by Shenzhen police since Feb.20th 2025 when she is on the way from work to home, after the overnight interrogation, she has not been back yet.

在职期间,李私下与能付人民币的埃及客户联系,后将该客户偷转为自己和其团伙接待,具体内容公司未知.后因李瑞芳参与了该客户的违法业务,李瑞芳被深圳警方于2025年2月20日下午下班后逮捕,彻夜审问,至今未归.

根据《中华人民共和国刑法》二百七十一条,李瑞芳的行为构成盗窃罪,若公司报案,根据李瑞芳及其团伙的涉案金额,李瑞芳将面临3年或7年以上有期徒刑,我司已委派律师进行处理.

Solutions:

1.Dismissing Shelia from BLOOM TECH, show all his contacts to keep from scamming.

2.If Shelia was released buy Shenzhen Police, our lawyers team will accuse the crimes of his gang.

3.If Shelia continues to contact the clients and cooperators of BLOOM TECH, we will use the weapons of the law to protect ourselves, from the Agreements of and etc.

处理措施：

1.将李从公司除名,以下公开李的所有联系方式,避免再次受骗.

2.若李被深圳警方释放后,公司将委托律师和警方,对其盗窃罪进行处理.

3.若服刑结束后,李仍联系此类业务,我司有权根据《劳动合同》和《保密协议》起诉李瑞芳维权.
