1. Benzaldehyde method:

Acetaminocinnamic acid is produced by the reaction of benzaldehyde and acetylglycine, and then acetyl DL phenylalanine (Ac DL phe) is obtained by catalytic hydrogenation reduction. Finally, it is hydrolyzed by aminoacylase to generate L-phenylalanine.

Refine in a 100L reaction tank, add 5kg L-phe crude product, add 50L deionized water, heat to 100 ℃, stir to make it completely soluble, add 0.25kg of medicinal active carbon, stir and decolorize for half an hour, filter while hot, transfer the filtrate into a 200L crystallization tank, cool to 40 ℃, add 50L of 95% ethanol at 40 ℃, adjust the pH to 5.48 with 6mol/L HCl, crystallize at 0 ℃ overnight, filter and crystallize, wash with 95% ethanol, drain, and dry at 80 ℃ for 3-4 hours, Get l-phenylalanine finished product.
