CJC-1295 with DAC, also known as Growth Hormone Releasing Factor (GRF MOD 1-29) or GRF, is a modified form of GHRH. It consists of 29 amino acids, derived from the 44-amino acid long version of GHRH by removing 15 amino acids. The addition of Drug Affinity Complex (DAC) significantly extends its duration of action, allowing it to remain active in the body for up to 14 days, much longer than CJC-1295 without DAC. It should be made clear that cjc-1295 without DAC, which is considered to be an ordinary cjc-1295 without DAC, is actually a wrongly named mod GRF.
