There are two main methods for preparing silicone oil: hydrolysis condensation method and siloxane catalytic equilibrium method.
Method 1: Hydrolysis condensation method
Alcoholysis: Add 100 parts by weight of organic silicon high boiling material to the reaction kettle at 20 ℃ -25 ℃, and then drip 30-40 parts by weight of raw material methanol with a weight percentage of 80% -90%. Add the mixture dropwise for 6-8 hours, starting at a rate of 3 parts per hour, and gradually increasing to 10 parts per hour after 2-3 hours. The hydrogen chloride gas generated during the alcoholysis process is absorbed by spraying water.
Neutralization: At room temperature, add 15-18 parts by weight of methanol cosolvent and an equal amount of urea to the above material. The neutralization temperature is 42 ℃ -50 ℃, and the neutralization time is 0.5 hours to neutralize hydrochloric acid in the material. Method 2: Siloxane Catalytic Equilibrium Method

Reaction: Under stirring, slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid, then slowly add water, control the dripping speed of water, and allow the reaction to proceed at a certain temperature.
