Add glycerol to the acid resistant reaction tank, slowly add concentrated sulfuric acid while stirring, and sequentially add O-aminophenol and O-nitrophenol.

 

Add 65% of the total fumigation sulfuric acid first. Heat to 125 ° C, stop heating, heat naturally to 140 ° C, and wait for the temperature to drop back to 136 ° C.

After adding acid, maintain the temperature for 4 hours, cool to below 100 ° C, pump into an acid resistant pot with a water volume of 10 times (calculated from o-aminophenol), stir, heat to 75-80 ° C, and then neutralize with 30% sodium hydroxide solution to pH 7-7.2.
