The laboratory test results show that the effective chlorine content of DCCNa of pure products is 64.5%, and the effective chlorine content of dichloroisocyanuric acid of high-quality products is more than 60%. According to the laboratory data, it is found that the higher the chlorine content in the products, the stronger the disinfection ability (we can provide customization of different contents when producing products). Therefore, compared with pure products, High-quality products have strong disinfection and sterilization effect. At 20ppm, the sterilization rate reaches 99%. Of course, this disinfection ability is not only for a certain fungus, but also has a strong killing effect on all kinds of bacteria, algae, fungi, and bacteria.


The second feature is its low toxicity. Many people are aware that the toxicity and harmfulness brought by powerful poisoning products are also relatively large, so our laboratory specially measured his toxicity content of him. The result is that the toxicity is very low, and the LD50 is as high as 1.67g/kg (the LD50 of trichloroisocyanuric acid is only 0.72 ~ 0.78g/kg). This content proves that the toxicity is very or even negligible. China has a large population and has a greater demand for disinfection products. After a large number of experiments and materials proved the toxicity, DCCNa was approved at home and abroad to be used in the disinfection and disinfection of food and drinking water.


The synthetic method of DCCNa is: this method can be divided into low concentration sodium hypochlorite method and high concentration sodium hypochlorite method according to the concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution used. Low concentration sodium hypochlorite method: firstly, chlorine is introduced into sodium hydroxide solution to generate sodium hypochlorite solution with effective chlorine mass fraction of 10% ~ 11%, then cyanuric acid is put into sodium hypochlorite solution for chlorination reaction to generate DCCNa, and finally wet products are obtained through cooling, crystallization and filtration, In the reaction of cyanuric acid with sodium hypochlorite solution, chlorine can be supplemented to further improve the effective chlorine content of the product and inhibit the formation of nitrogen trichloride. Sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid can also be used for neutralization to reduce the pH of the mother liquor. The advantage of the low concentration sodium hypochlorite method is a simple operation, but the utilization rate of raw material sodium hypochlorite is low. A large number of inorganic salts will be generated in the chlorination section of this method, which needs to be washed with sodium dichloroisocyanurate saturated aqueous solution repeatedly, so the production process is complicated, and the effective chlorine content of the product dichloroisocyanurate is low. This method is only suitable for Chlor alkali plants with a large amount of by-product sodium hypochlorite. The first step of the high concentration sodium hypochlorite method is to synthesize sodium hypochlorite with effective chlorine content greater than 20% (generally 23% ~ 25%), and then chlorinate with cyanuric acid to produce DCCNa. The effective chlorine mass fraction of the product of this method largely depends on the concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution. The product synthesized with high concentration sodium hypochlorite has high effective chlorine content. Trichloroisocyanuric acid can be co-produced with the mother liquor produced in production to improve the utilization rate of raw materials.
