The head swing frequency and body bending frequency of nematode are often used as indicators to analyze its movement behavior; Feeding behavior can reflect whether the feeding of nematodes is affected by exogenous drugs, and the change of reproductive ability reflects the effect of exogenous drugs on the reproductive and biochemical functions of nematodes. The experiment showed that paeonol with concentrations of 100 and 200mg/l had no acute toxic effect on nematodes after 24h treatment; Paeonol can improve the movement ability of the nematode's head swing and body bending, and improve the activity of the body. 100mg/l paeonol has the best effect.
