The experiment showed that paeonol with concentrations of 100 and 200mg/l had no acute toxic effect on nematodes after 24h treatment; Paeonol can improve the movement ability of the nematode's head swing and body bending, and improve the activity of the body. 100mg/l paeonol has the best effect.
