(3) The mixture of propylene and palmitic acid also generates isopropyl palmitate through sulfonic acid ion exchange resin;

(4) Transesterification: take the oil containing palmitic acid oil as raw material, such as palmitic acid oil, coconut oil, etc. Firstly, methyl esters of fatty acids such as palmitic acid were prepared by transesterification with methanol; That is, in the presence of sodium hydroxide or sodium ethanol, the oil containing palmitic acid grease undergoes transesterification reaction with methanol at 50~70 ℃ to generate a mixture of methyl esters of fatty acids such as palmitic acid.
