The chlorine content of pure sodium dichloroisocyanurate is 64.5%, and that of high-quality products is more than 60%. The main component of disinfection water is chlorine. This product makes full use of chlorine and has a high utilization rate of effective chlorine. In terms of chemical properties, the pure product of this product is sodium dichlorisocyanate powder, which is easily soluble in water and forms sodium dichlorisocyanate solution in water, but it is difficult to dissolve in organic solvents. Therefore, DCCNa has a high solubility in water and good hydrophilicity, Therefore, the temperature requirement is not very high, and chlorine can be dissolved and released quickly. 30g DCCNa can be dissolved per 100ml of water at 25 ℃. Even in the water solution with a water temperature as low as 4 ° C, DCCNa can quickly release all the effective chlorine contained in it, making full use of its disinfection and sterilization effect. Other solid chlorine-containing products (except chloroisocyanuric acid) have much lower chlorine values than DCCNa due to low solubility or slow release rate of chlorine.

(3) Disinfection of drinking water

Adding an appropriate amount of DCCNa to drinking water can quickly kill various bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms. Moreover, DCCNa can also destroy pollutant molecules such as hydrogen sulfide in water and eliminate its color and smell. DCCNa has a significant killing effect on phlogistic virus and Escherichia coli. When 10mg DCCNa is added to each liter of water, the survival rate of Escherichia coli in water is 0.01%.

DCCNa is applied to the cleaning and disinfection of the food industry and public places:

The food processing industry, such as dairy processing plants, breweries, and other beverage factories, also began to use DCCNa for cleaning and disinfection. It is mainly used for disinfection and sterilization of containers, pipes, tools, sites, and other processing process equipment. In addition, some catering industries such as cold drink shops, teahouses, and restaurants often use DCCNa to disinfect trays, bowls, tablecloths, towels, and other tableware. The use of cna tableware can prevent the contamination caused by mildew and protein processing equipment, and keep the tableware clean.

DCCNa is applied to sterilization and disinfection in aquaculture

(1) Sterilization and disinfection of silkworm rearing, if there is some negligence in silkworm rearing, bacteria, diseases, and insect pests, will damage the silkworm and even kill the silkworm. Using DCCNa as the main component and adding an appropriate amount of stabilizer and accelerator, the three are evenly mixed to form a disinfectant aqueous solution, which can disinfect and sterilize the silkworm body and the living environment where the silkworm body is located, and can quickly kill the viruses, fungi, and bacteria affecting the silkworm. DCCNa aqueous solution can be sprayed on the silkworm chamber, silkworm tools, and silkworm body, which can prevent and control silkworm disease, and kill gastrointestinal sepsis polyhedrosis, gastrointestinal sepsis virus, and blood type polyhedrosis at the same time. Compared with the traditional disinfectant for silkworms, the disinfectant with DCCNa as the main component has higher solubility, more stability, and a longer duration of efficacy. As an excellent disinfectant for the development of sericulture, DCCNa has little effect on the growth and quality of silkworms.

(2) The sterilization and disinfection of aquaculture also have a good performance in the prevention and treatment of fish diseases. It can quickly kill bacteria, fungi, and other microorganisms in water, and can also prevent and control viral diseases of fish. Therefore, DCCNa is often used for water disinfection of aquaculture fish, shrimp, crab, frog, and other aquatic products. It is also used in fish seed disinfection and fish utensils disinfection. [1] Disinfection effect of sodium dichloroisocyanurate on drinking water: after drinking water is disinfected, the survival rate of chickens is about 97%, while the average survival rate of chickens whose drinking water has not been disinfected is 90.07%, an increase of nearly 7 percentage points. Drinking water disinfected by sodium dichloroisocyanurate is of great benefit to the health of chickens, greatly improves the survival rate of chickens, and naturally improves economic benefits.
