Method 1:

Generally, glacial acetic acid reacts with phosphorus trichloride in industry, and then the acylation product is condensed with the hydrolysis product of phosphorus trichloride. Add metered water and glacial acetic acid into the reactor and stir evenly. Add phosphorus trichloride drop under cooling, and control the reaction temperature at 40~80 ℃. The by-product hydrogen chloride gas is condensed and sent to the absorption tower to recover hydrochloric acid. The overflowing acetyl chloride and acetic acid return to the reactor after condensation. After dropping phosphorus trichloride, raise the temperature to 100~130 ℃ and reflux for 4~5h. After the reaction, the residual acetic acid and low boiling point substances are evaporated by steam hydrolysis. Get products.

Method 2:
